Services are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Payment is due before campaign setup begins. All fees are non-refundable once a campaign has been activated. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All campaign materials, sequences, workflows, and systems created by Verity Latent remain the intellectual property of Verity Latent. Client lead data remains the property of the client at all times.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared in the course of the business relationship. We will never sell, share, or use your lead data for any purpose other than running your campaigns.

7. Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantees of specific results. Reactivation rates vary depending on lead list age, industry, contact quality, and market conditions. All statistics referenced on our website represent typical ranges and are not guaranteed outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Verity Latent's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately if a client violates these terms, particularly regarding the legality of lead lists provided.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.

Verity Latent sends SMS and email messages on behalf of our business clients to contacts in their existing lead databases. These contacts previously expressed interest in the client's products or services.

Every SMS message we send includes opt-out instructions. Recipients can reply:

Opt-out requests are processed immediately and automatically. Opted-out contacts are never contacted again via SMS.

For email communications, every message includes an unsubscribe link in compliance with CAN-SPAM requirements.

Our standard reactivation campaigns consist of up to 7 messages spread over a 14-day period. Message frequency is controlled to avoid excessive contact. Recipients will not receive more than one message per day from any single campaign.
